Peach Palm - 5 seeds

This useful palm is indigenous to the Amazonian areas of South America, but it has been cultivated and distributed by native indians from ancient times spreading its cultivation to all tropical america.

The fruit is edible cooked and can be prepared into a lot of dishes, jams, and and even a licour is made from it.

It is widely cultivated in Costa Rica especially in the area of Tucurrique and the atlantic coast region.
